Thank you for using Meusyou or connecting with our site and services. This Policy explains the Terms and Conditions that users agree to when registering an account with Meusyou. We respect your privacy and will never misuse your information.
An overview in the set up of this Policy.
These definitions will help you to fully understand the terms that we use throughout this Policy. When we use the term ‘us’,
‘our’, ‘Meusyou’ or ‘we’, we are referring to our company Meusyou in its entirety including all services
we provide. Whilst if we use the words ‘term’, ‘terms’, ‘policy’ or ‘agreement’ we are referring to the Terms and Conditions document policy which is presented on this page only.
Meusyou is a sports management software which allows sports clubs to manage their club. From our platform, you can manage members, staff and classes at www.meusyou.com, which we refer to as our ‘service’, ‘account’, ‘app’ or ‘platform’. When we refer to ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘customer’, ‘customers’, ‘member’ or ‘user’, we are referring to the people who have registered with Meusyou and pay a monthly subscription in order to use our services.
The terms used in this Policy applies only to the company of ‘Meusyou‘ and the services we provide (www.meusyou.com).
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy from time to time without notifying you. Please visit this Policy periodically to check for updates. The information written in this Policy is accurate and up to date to the latest version. The latest updated version of this Policy is shown directly at the bottom of this page.

If a user cannot meet these requirements and provide necessary information when required they will not be eligible to use Meusyou. It is in the responsibility of the user to provide valid information, that is not false or misleading. If a registered user doesn’t abide by these Terms or has provided false information, we will terminate your account immediately.
When you register an account with Meusyou you are opening an agreement with us, in that you agree to and understand the Terms and Conditions set out on this page. This agreement will begin as soon as a user has registered up with us. At the end of the registration process you will be asked to tick a checkbox to declare that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms set out in this Policy.
There may be circumstances where your account has been terminated either by us or at the users request. If this occurs the user is no longer associated to the agreement of this policy.
All account data is kept for a minimum of 2 months after it has been closed, this is used as a precaution in case users request to reopen their account.
If an account is inactive for a period of 12 months we will notify you through email that we may close your account due to inactivity. If we do not receive a response from you within 7 days we will close your account.
We also close accounts that don’t follow the Rules and Abuse Terms set out in this policy.
There may be times when a user may request for us to close their account for them, if this is the case, we make every attempt to delete all data associated with the users account.
It is in your responsibility to keep your account username, passcode and password confidential. We are not liable if you give, share or lose your confidential information.
An overview of payments and refunds.
As soon as you sign up to one of our accounts you will receive a 30-day free trial. This is in place when someone registers an account by signing up with your name, email address, password, and banking details.
A 30-day trial begins as soon as you sign up and after a period of 30-days a monthly subscription is direct debited from the bank details that you provide us.
This is direct debited on the first day of each month. Your subscription to Meusyou begins on the next day when your free 30-day trial ends. We will remind you that your 30-day trial is ending via email 3 days before your free trial ends.

Your free trial cannot exceed 30-days, and payment is due after this period. If you decide not to purchase an account with us after your 30-day trial is over, we have the right to delete your data and you will not be able to use our services any longer. To use our service again after this period, you will need to re-register an account with us. However the 30-day trial will be void as you have already used your 30-day trial before.
We will not be held responsible if the content and data that you store within this period has been deleted after your 30-day trial has expired.
Payment is taken monthly and the amount that you have to pay depends on your payment plan and its price.
If for whatever reason you cannot pay your monthly subscription we will give you 2 warnings stating that you have not paid. After we have given you at least 2 warnings, we have the right to terminate your account until payment has been received by you.
Your account can be removed by us if you enter in wrong banking details (for example if you enter incorrect card number or sort code numbers), as these details need to be checked by you. We reserve the right to remove your account and data if you do not keep up with your monthly payment subscriptions.
All monthly plan payments are in pounds sterling. If you live overseas and not in the United Kingdom, you will be charged in pound sterling, which may be more or less depending on the currency rate of your country.
All payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for partially used periods.
Cancellation of your account.
If you decide to cancel your subscription with us you will be charged for that month. (For example, if you cancel on the 1st March 2019, you will be charged for the month of March, and payment will stop in April).
After you have cancelled we reserve the right to delete your data after you have cancelled.
Each plan is a no lock-in contract, this is a non-binding contract which allows users to cancel their plan at any time.
Upgrade or Downgrade your account at anytime.
Upgrading your account can be done at anytime by going to your dashboard within the app.
If you upgrade your account with us you will be charged the new upgraded fee the next following month, however, if you upgrade your account on the same day that we take payment from your bank account, we reserve the right to withdraw the new, upgraded amount on that day.
This new amount will be direct debited from your bank account.
When you downgrade your account, you will be charged the new, downgraded amount the following month.
The Terms of your data.
When using an account with us you are responsible for your data, and we are not liable for any misuse of your data. We are not liable for the printed records that you print, your social media outlets, the success of your sports club, or the way your business runs.
We take responsibility in securing your data on our platform and to secure the data that you store on our app.
We recommend that you create a strong password for every account that you purchase and register with us. You’re responsible for keeping your account username, password or any other account details confidential.
We are not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords that are caused by or result from your negligence. We don’t have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only provide you with instructions on how to reset your password.
Updates to our pricing plans.
Whilst our pricing plans are competitive, we reserve the right to change the price of any of our plans at any time.
You will be informed of this pricing change via the email address that you specify within your account details.
We will not be held liable for you not seeing the email containing information about the changes to our plans, if the email has gone into your spam folder, or if you cannot afford the new pricing plan.
If we change the prices of our plans from which you do not agree too, you will need to cancel your account via your dashboard or by emailing our support team.
Maintenance and Support of our services.
We do our utmost to give you support with managing your account and making the most of our platform.
We cannot actively log into your account if you are having issues with our services. This is something which you need to do yourself, as we cannot change data for you.

From time to time we may carry out maintenance across our platform or website. This does not affect or change any of the data you have on your account. You can stay updated with this on our Service Status page.
Terms of Rules and Abuse.
By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to follow these rules and to not abuse the website of Meusyou and its services.
We can terminate and remove your account and data without notice if we think you are abusing your account. Abusing your account includes:
We reserve the right to remove your account if one person has registered their club multiple times in order to manipulate and take advantage of our free 30-day trial.
Having an account with us gives you access to features for 1 sports club only. We can remove and we will not tolerate multiple sports clubs being under one account.
If you own or manage more than one sports club, you will need to purchase multiple accounts with Meusyou. We can terminate your account without notice if we find this is the case. If you do run into issues or are having problems with our services you can send us a message on our Contact Us page.
Third party Hosting and Server Providers.
We store and process data using third party web hosting providers with servers located in secure data centres in the UK. These are state-of-the-art Tier 3+ 2N data centres that are protected by firewalls and have restricted access in compliance with applicable regulations. All data passed between Meusyou, our servers and third parties is 2048-bit SSL certificated.
We are also not responsible for the behaviour of third party services that are linked to our website or users.
We do not take responsibility or are liable for our app or website going down. If our website or app does go down, we will do our utmost to get your account back up and running as quickly as we can.
