How much does Meusyou cost?

Can I pay by credit or debit card?

Yes. We accept payments from all credit and debit cards.

Does Meusyou require any software to use?

No, Meusyou is an online only tool so no software is required.

How do I purchase Meusyou?

To purchase Meusyou you can go to our Pricing page and find a plan that’s suitable for you, or you can try our free 30 day trial.

I can’t login into my account?

Your password or email address may be incorrect, remember to turn off caps lock, or submit a Forgotten password inquiry. If the problem persists then send us a message on our Contact page.

How often do I pay?

All plan payments are taken at the end of each month, on a month by month basis.

I don’t have access to the internet, can I still use Meusyou?

No, Meusyou is an online only tool, so an internet connection is required.

How many members can my club have?

Our three different plans cover different member capacities from 0 up to 700+ users. Find out more on our Pricing page.

Can I cancel my payment at any time?

Yes, if you want to stop using Meusyou just go to your account Settings on your profile and click on ‘Cancel my plan’.

Is there a limit to the number of members in my database?

Can I extend my free trial to more than 30 days?

If you want to try Meusyou for longer than 30 days, send us a message on our Contact page.

What does a “No lock-in contract” mean?

A “No lock-in contract” is a non-fixed contract which means you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

How can I get my database details setup for me?

Our Pro Plan comes with a free database setup (see terms and conditions). If you’re not registered in the Pro Plan this service comes at an extra cost.

How secure is my data?

All data stored by Meusyou is encrypted and securely protected and whenever your data is in transit between you and us, everything is encrypted, and sent using HTTPS.

Do you have a free trial?

Yes, we have a free 30 day trial.

Will I be charged If I go over my user limit?

No, you will not be charged. Every plan has a maximum member capacity, which cannot be exceeded.

I’m having trouble entering my card details?

Double check to make sure your card details are correct, if you’re still having issues you can send us a message on our Contact page.

Which credit/debit card can I use?

We accept payments from all direct credit/debit cards.

I need to update my card details?

To update any card details, first sign in your account and click on the Settings tab, there you can make any necessary changes.

Will I get charged when my free trial is over?

When the trial period of 30 days is up, we will take a monthly payment at the end of the next month, until cancelled. You can cancel at anytime during the month.

How do I purchase Meusyou?

How can I get a refund?

Yes! Now and then we like to offer discounts.

How secure is my payment?

All transaction details are encrypted and securely protected.

Do you store my card details?

We never store any card details on our servers or databases. Using our trusted third party, all details are protected by them following PCI DSS compliance. Employees of Meusyou never have access to your card information.

How can I add members to my database?

To add members, first click on the Members tab then click the Add New Member button. Remember to save your progress once you’re done.

I’ve found a bug, how can I report this?

Which browser does Meusyou support?

Meusyou supports all modern browsers — Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge and Internet Explorer.

Can I have more than one club on my account?

At the moment we only support one club per account — but watch this space.

Can I use Meusyou on my phone?

Yes and your tablet too! We've built a fully responsive layout meaning it works on any device, yay!

How do I confirm my email address?

In order to verify your email address, you should receive an email from us in your Inbox. If not check your junk folder.

How do I make changes to my club profile?

To make profile changes, go to the Club Settings tab whilst logged in.

You can change your password by going to the Settings tab on your account.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can send us a request to reset it here.

What happens if I go over my user limit?

Every club plan has a capacity limit in the number of members your database can store, which means you can never go over.

How do I setup my club details and settings?

Adjusting settings or changing club details can be done through the Settings tab in the database.
